“I hate this fucking ‘Quarter Album’ release! Not for the fucking reasons you may think…I hate it because it’s proof that I did too many fucking drugs during covid. When I recently found these demos…I realized the most fuckededist thing…There are guitar parts, back-ups and harmonies that I demo’d…but fucking forgot to put on the album! WTF!!!! … it’s my responsibility as songwriter and recording simpleton to remember what fucking parts I wrote…and record them on the good album versions of the songs…I gotta say with all sincerity…Rats! This was my bad…at least this stupid fucking 10″ came out so y’all can think about what a dummy I am.” – Fat Mike.
‘Quarter Album’ will be available at the museum’s record store, Vinyl Threat, and online through the museum’s official website.

The Punk Rock Museum 2025 Recap:

As 2025 comes to a close, we reflect with gratitude on an extraordinary year at The Punk Rock Museum. Every first Sunday, we proudly host Free Locals Day, welcoming Nevada residents to experience the museum at no cost while spotlighting local businesses and charities that strengthen our community.
Throughout the year, we presented the Saint Vitus exhibition, hosted comedy shows, welcomed punk legends for guided tours every weekend, held book events, film screenings, parking lot shows, and print exhibitions. We celebrated our second anniversary on April 1st, showcased the work of Edward Colver, and opened our record store, Vinyl Threat. Our record store features exclusive pressings that are only available there, which continues to expand. We also launched the museum’s record label, TPRM ODs (The Punk Rock Museum’s Original Demos).
Our space came alive with unforgettable moments: a wrestling match in the parking lot; the Subcultural Appropriation exhibition; bands performing in the Pennywise Garage; and artists playing at the Three Star Bar, including a standout performance by Fred Armisen and friends. We introduced our regular Vinyl Threat DJ Night on Friday evenings and began to host local and touring bands every Saturday in the bar.
Punk Rock Bowling and When We Were Young brought an incredible wave of programming and guest tour guides, and we took part in pop-ups at festivals nationwide, including all Warped Tour dates. We were honored to host punk weddings, witness visitors moved to tears in our Jam Room while playing their favorite musician’s guitar, and welcome tattoo artists demonstrating their craft. Our roundtable discussions thoughtfully explored pivotal moments in punk history, shared directly by those who lived them.
New artifacts were added to the museum, including breathtaking pieces from the esteemed Bryan Ray Turcotte collection. We celebrated the Agnew family’s contributions to the punk community and marked SNFU’s 40th anniversary of ‘…And No One Else Wanted to Play’, reissued by Trust Records, with an exhibition that opened on December 5th. We embraced the festive spirit with Spike and the Gimme Gimmes coming by the museum to share their new single, ‘All I Want for Christmas Is You’, with CJ Ramone dressed as Santa and John Reiss spinning vinyl.
The Punk Rock Museum extends its deepest thanks to everyone who has supported and encouraged us along the way. We are proud to move forward, meeting challenges with the same passion and dedication that drives our mission to honor and share the legacy of punk.
As we look toward 2026, we know that together we can continue the commitment that inspired Fat Mike to open this museum and keep the spirit of our incredible punk community alive and thriving.
