Trash Boat announce one-night-only film premiere ‘Getting There’

Trash Boat have announced the premiere of their first feature-length documentary, ‘Getting There,’ screening for one night only on 2nd April at Rio Cinema. ‘Getting There’ is an unfiltered look at the band’s journey, from early ambition and hard-won breakthroughs to burnout, setbacks and the relentless determination required to keep moving forward.

Charting the realities behind the scenes, the film captures the chaos, the graft, the highs and the lows that have defined Trash Boat’s evolution. Created as a thank you to the fans who have supported them at every stage, the documentary offers a rare and honest insight into the band’s story so far and the resilience it has taken to continue.

The premiere event will include an exclusive live Q&A with the band after the screening, where they will speak candidly about their experiences, reflect on where they’ve been, and share what lies ahead. Ahead of general sale, 50 discounted tickets will be made available exclusively to the band’s mailing list fans. Once sold out, no additional discounted tickets will be released.

Having toured extensively across the UK, Europe, and the US alongside Enter Shikari, Don Broco, I Prevail, and The Offspring, Trash Boat have built a reputation as a live powerhouse and a creative force. Collaborations like ‘Be Someone’ (feat. I Prevail’s Eric Vanlerberghe) and ‘Filthy/RIGHTEOUS’ (feat. Kenta Koie of Crossfaith) underline their versatility and global appeal — setting the stage for what promises to be their most dynamic era yet. Trash Boat aren’t just moving forward — they’re reshaping the landscape of alternative rock as they
go.
