The Menzingers announce new album ‘Everything I Ever Saw,’ share new single ‘Change Encounters’

The Menzingers have announced details of their eagerly awaited new album ‘Everything I Ever Saw’, which is set to arrive on July 17th via Epitaph. The band have also shared the album’s lead track ‘Chance Encounters,’ which is available on all streaming platforms and features an official music video directed by Britain Weyant and The Menzingers.

Elaborating on the new record, The Menzingers’ vocalist / guitarist Tom May shared: “So much changed in our lives and in the world while we were making this record, and somehow, it all pulled us deeper into the band and deeper into our friendship. Twenty years in and this is the most connected we’ve felt to what we’re doing. I’d always heard ‘bigger kids, bigger problems,’ and there’s truth in that, but there’s also bigger answers and deeper meaning. There’s a kind of hard-won hope you can only find on the other side of real change. In all the uncertainty of life and the world it’s easy to go straight to cynical. Easy to say fuck it all. With ‘Everything I Ever Saw’, we wanted to lean into all of it, head on. The whole damn thing.”

Recorded with longtime collaborator and Grammy-award-winning producer Will Yip (Turnstile, Mannequin Pussy) at his brand new Memory Music Studios in Philadelphia, PA, ‘Everything I Ever Saw’ is The Menzingers at their most defining. It’s an album forged in the wake of life-altering change, where marriage, divorce, loss, and growth collide with a renewed creative urgency. Twenty years into their career, it sees the band going back to the raw, collaborative spirit that first made them essential, channeling hard-earned wisdom into songs that feel both deeply personal and universally resonant. It’s a document of a band not just reflecting on who they’ve been, but actively becoming who they are.

The Menzingers are heading overseas for a short run of festival dates, playing Slam Dunk Festival in Hatfield, UK on May 23rd and Leeds, UK on May 24th. End of June, the band returns with appearances at Jera On Air in Ysselsteyn, NL (June 25th), Vainstream Rockfest in Münster, DE (June 26th), Impericon Festival in Leipzig, DE (June 27th), and Mighty Sounds Festival in Tabor, CZ (June 28th).

The Menzingers are Greg Barnett (vocals, guitar), Tom May (vocals, guitar), Eric Keen (bass) and Joe Godino (drums). Since forming in 2006, The Menzingers stand as one of the defining voices of their generation—turning weathered memories and the uneasy passage of time into anthems that have profoundly reshaped the emotional landscape of modern punk.
