Backdrop Falls release ‘Live at Home’

Amidst the global chaos around the Coronavirus pandemic and the impossibility of playing live shows, bands and musicians all around the world have been forced into reinventing themselves in order to keep creating content for their fans and listeners during this social distancing period.

As for Backdrop Falls, quarantine doesn’t exactly mean rest. Coming from a quite busy 2019 that included an album release, the making of their own beer and an international tour, the Brazilian punk rockers, which are currently working on the follow-up to 2019’s ‘There’s No Such Place As Home,’ have just released a series of live videos on their social media. Recorded last December in their hometown, the beautiful beach city of Fortaleza, and affectionately entitled ‘Live at Home,’ it showcases the band’s energetic heart-on-sleeve performance, featuring melodic choruses, aggressive guitar riffs and drum fills and basically everything else that is a must in modern punk rock.

The live series will be part of a documentary set to be released later this year and should end the band’s debut album cycle. In the meantime, you can check out all the videos on Backdrop Falls’ official IGTV and YouTube channels.
