Five Finger Death Punch, the multi-platinum, record-breaking hard rock powerhouse, is celebrating the conclusion of the North American leg of its massive 20th Anniversary World Tour with a $200,000 donation in support of Team USA athletes preparing for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.
Throughout the tour, the band allocated a portion of every ticket sold to the initiative, joining forces with its fans to support athletes representing USA Judo and USA Cycling BMX Racing + BMX Freestyle programs.
Unlike many other nations, the United States does not provide direct federal funding to its Olympic and Paralympic teams, making private contributions essential to supporting American athletes as they train and compete on the world stage.
On Friday, October 23rd, during the final night of the tour at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, Virginia, Five Finger Death Punch celebrated the initiative by presenting $200,000 to USA Judo and USA Cycling.
Founding guitarist Zoltan Bathory shares: “We cheer for our athletes when they step onto the world stage representing our country, but we also want to stand behind them during the years of work it takes to get there. I started judo at nine years old, and I still compete today. I know what it can give a person, how it shapes your mind, builds discipline, and teaches you to face adversity. Those lessons stayed with me far beyond the mat. I’ve built a life and a career on those principles. That’s why supporting USA Judo is deeply personal to me. I want more people to discover this sport, and I want the athletes who reach its highest level to have the resources to pursue their full potential. Our fans’ support puts us in a position to give back, and we’re grateful for that opportunity. As we close out our 2026 tour cycle, this is something we can all be proud of together, and we’ll continue building on it in 2027.”
Vocalist Ivan Moody says, “As a kid, I remember wanting to pursue a life amongst the BMX greats. My bike wasn’t a toy; it was my best homie, my key to freedom. My balance. Music is where my heart belongs. But there are moments where I still dream the dream by watching the new world of riders as they evolve and continue to grow with the sport. In 5FDP, we get to live our dream because of the love and the support we receive from our fans. To be able to donate to a cause this close to my heart… let’s just say, I feel like I’m donating to that young boy that is still riding quarter pipes and learning combos with his friends. Full circle. GO USA. Roll Out.”
As always, Five Finger Death Punch keep looking ahead. The group just unleashed their brand-new 10th studio album, ‘Legacy.’ It’s available on all DSPs and in various physical configurations, including limited-edition vinyl, CD, and cassette variants featuring exclusive artwork, available now.
Its latest single ‘Nails In The Coffin’ recently vaulted into the Top 10 at Rock Radio where it continues to hold strong. The band just unleashed the music video for ‘Nails In The Coffin’ – check it out below. Revolver praised the track’s blend of battering riffs and melody driven by Moody’s introspective vocal performance, while Loudwire called it “a furious opening statement for the new album cycle.” It follows the visual for ‘Legacy’.
Since its digital release in July, ‘Legacy’has already yielded over 60 million streams and counting. Upon release, the album claimed spots on 18 international charts. Most notably, it vaulted to #2 on the US Top Digital Albums Chart. On Spotify, it hit #6 on the US Top Albums Chart and #8 globally.
