FooR explore drum and bass on their new single ‘Nights Of Our Lives’

FooR, the Southampton dance crew, are continuing their upward trajectory with their latest single ‘Nights Of Our Lives,’ featuring Wavysof, released under their label YosH. This comes after the announcement that they will be joining rapper Silky on his UK tour this spring.

Since the success of their 2018 album ‘Friends of FooR,’ which charted in the Top 10 of the Official UK Dance Charts, FooR has shown versatility by evolving to find success in various genres, including garage, d&b, and donk flips of classics from Whitney Houston to Skepta. They have performed at notable festivals and venues like Nass Fest, Creamfields, Boomtown, XOYO, and Ibiza Rocks, sharing a line-up with the likes of Nathan Dawe, BRU-C, and Patrick Nazemi.

FooR operates independently and has launched the majority of their releases on their own labels SO, Garage Shared, GS Dubs, and YosH while previously landing tracks on major labels such as Warner Music and Relentless. They have also remixed for big names like Ghetts and Tinchy Stryder.

Their latest collaboration with self-taught singer and multi-instrumentalist Wavysof, who is rapidly rising up the ranks with her unique underground melodic sounds, results in the track ‘Nights Of Our Lives.’ This drum and bass track is characterized by aggressive beats, hard-hitting breakdowns, and Wavysof‘s rich and reaching vocals, making it a pumped-up and agile basement sound.

Aside from their music, FooR are passionate about being active in their community with their talent and development label SO Movement, which sponsors and provides kits for various sports teams, buys equipment and memberships for kids who can’t afford boxing classes, and offers up their recording studios to aspiring producers.
