Ink Bomb share ‘Sternschanze’ video

Ink Bomb, the melodic punk rock band from Nijmegen, Netherlands, released music video for their song ‘Sternschanze.’ The song is taken from their debut full-length ‘Fiction’ that was released last August.

The song is named after the vibrant and culturally alternative area Sternschanze in the German city of Hamburg. “During a holiday, I stayed in this area and I could experience firsthand the vibrant and cultural alternative ambiance the area possesses. I realized during this holiday that Hamburg is more than just cliché stories about the infamous Reeperbahn,” according to singer Joost Hoedemaeckers.

Next to this, the video documents a small bit of life on the road and tries to capture the love for live shows that Ink Bomb has. Ink Bomb played the Sauerkrautfabrik in Hamburg last March so this was the perfect time to film some live shots. This was done in cooperation with he local film-maker Manuel Luna Homeyer from Schraibela Fanzine. Additional footage was made by the band members themselves.
