Noahfinnce shares new single ‘Wonky’

Alt/rock artist Noahfinnce has today released his brand new raw and acoustic track, ‘Wonky’. The song was born out of a studio session with Patty Walters and Ben Langford-Biss of pop/punk band As It Is, and long-time collaborator and producer, ST£FAN.

“This is my first fully acoustic song since ‘Asthma Attack’ came out 8 YEARS AGO and woweee this is very much another Noahfinnce song to cry to. Patty asked the question, ‘Why have you never written the classic acoustic emo song?’ This is what came out of it. It’s about accepting being different/a little bit fucked up and letting go of the idea that you need to change in order to be worthy.”

‘Wonky’ follows Noah’s Summer’s single releases, ‘Too Sensitive’ and ‘Mr Overwhelm’, which marked the start of this brand new and enthralling new chapter for Noah.

Noah will kick off his UK headline tour next week! The highly-anticipated dates will begin at Cardiff’s Y Plas on 22nd October, and then span cities including Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham and London, where Noah will play Electric Ballroom on 27th October, followed by Glasgow and Newcastle, before wrapping things up at Manchester’s Academy 2 on 31st October. Tickets are on sale now here.

Noahfinnce joined Twenty One Pilots at their All Points East headline show in August. Following the release of Noah’s cover of the rock duo’s track, ‘The Judge’ last year, the pop-punk star joined the likes of Wunderhorse, Kid Kapichi and more at Victoria Park in East London.

Noahfinnce has been taking a break from touring for the last year and a half, so that he could focus on writing. As well as this though, he has spoken very openly and honestly about the struggles he faces around the cost of touring. April saw him become a recipient in Phase One of the UK Artist Touring Fund, courtesy of the Featured Artists Coalition. Supported by the Musicians Union and Music Managers Forum, the UKAT provides top up funding to artists to enable tours to take place and to reinvigorate the UK’s live music ecosystem.

June saw Noah return with his long-awaited single, ‘MR OVERWHELM’ via Hopeless Records, marking the start of an enthralling new chapter for him. The track hears a slight departure from his signature pop/punk sensibilities, and a step into a fresh new sound whilst still feeling like a classic Noahfinnce anthem.

Noah released his esteemed debut album ‘GROWING UP ON THE INTERNET’ in early 2024, followed by the deluxe version later that year. The triumphant body of work features several previously released singles, including ‘PET WITH THE TISM’, which is written about Noah’s autism diagnosis, The music video which sees Noah pay homage to the iconic 2000s film, ‘Mean Girls’, can be seen here. The same year saw Noah play a slew of festivals including Download, Isle of Wight, Bludfest and more, as well as his debut North American US headline tour. He rounded off the year with his biggest ever UK headline tour, including a sold out show at The Fleece in Bristol.

Noahfinnce is a singer-songwriter, musician and YouTuber, where he has over 1 million subscribers. Here is where he began posting covers back in 2015. Noah continues to share his honest experiences as a transgender man, having ADHD, LGBTQ+ rights and more both on YouTube, and on his other social media platforms.
