The Barbarians Of California, featuring Aaron Bruno of AWOLNATION and Eric Stenman of Tinfed and a noted producer, remain equal opportunity iconoclasts, gleefully thrashing the left and the right in the hardcore-punk tradition of nonconformity and raw fury. VICE summed up the band simply and effectively, saying: “They’re so f**king good.”
TBOC’s raucous and DGAF spirit is evident in their explosive new single ‘Vanilla Latte’. Watch the frenetic video, featuring ships and Shaq, and marked by the band’s trademark, never-take-yourself-too-seriously sense of humor, here.
“For ‘Vanilla Latte’, we dip back into our thrashy side with the usual dose of sarcasm and irreverence,” shares Stenman. “The music video for this one has to be my favorite yet. It was shot entirely during our time on the ShipRocked cruise… so much fun!”
