UK punks Pet Needs release new album ‘Intermittent Fast Living,’ announce U.S. tourdates

London-based independent powerhouse rock label Xtra Mile Recordings and rising Essex punks Pet Needs are excited to announce the release of the band’s new studio album, ‘Intermittent Fast Living.’ The band’s third studio release in as many years, the record is inspired by the relentless, stop-start lifestyle Pet Needs have found themselves living in recent times.

Recorded in just two weeks with producer/sound engineer George Perks (Enter Shikari, You Me At Six, Mogwai, Skindred), the album is a frantic 11-track showcase that pinballs through songs of love and loss, the trials and tribulations of touring, punk protests against pay-to-play shows, lucid life lessons learned from a new puppy, and just about everything in between.

Additionally, Pet Needs have announced a handful of dates in the U.S. behind the release of ‘Intermittent Fast Living’. Supporting English folk-punk labelmates Skinny Lister, the band will be performing on the West Coast from March 18-24th.

March 11th – SXSW (Xtra Mile Showcase at The Backyard at Downright Austin) – Austin, TX
