Yellowcard share new single ‘Hell With Me’ (featuring Steve Aoki)

Joining forces for an unprecedented collaboration  – yet again! — multi-platinum pop-punk royalty Yellowcard link up with none other than Grammy-nominated artist, producer, DJ, entrepreneur, and visionary Steve Aoki on a brand new song entitled ‘Hell With Me,’ out now via Better Noise.

Worlds collide once more as these two powerhouses pool their collective talents and energies to create a genre-busting crossover banger.

The track arrives as a highlight from Yellowcard’s eagerly anticipated Deluxe Edition of the acclaimed ‘Better Days’, available today.

‘Hell With Me’marks the second official collab between Yellowcard and Aoki, channeling the chemistry they first unlocked with the 2023 EDM remix of the band’s 2003 smash ‘Ocean Avenue’ and amplifying it. Trusted Yellowcard collaborator and producer Neil Avron notably mixed the track.

‘Hell With Me’ originated from a demo cooked up by Aoki. Once the group got its collective hands on it, the two respective styles seamlessly blended. The tune’s unshakable melody interlocks like the missing puzzle piece within the inventive production. Fusing electronic, pop, and punk into a new vision for alternative, the song transcends boundaries.

Yellowcard vocalist and guitarist Ryan Key said, “We’ve gotten to work with Steve a few times now and he is an absolute legend. He had a demo laying around for this song that he thought would be fun to collaborate on and it became ‘Hell With Me.’ We also got to reunite with our long-time producer Neal Avron who mixed the track.”

Aoki echoed the excitement, saying, “This is a song we’ve been working on for a long time and I’m really proud of what we did with it. This is a 2027 mixture of rock and electronic coming together. I can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”

Next up, Yellowcard will canvas North America throughout September on tour. In November, they cross the pond to hit the road in Europe with Good Charlotte.
