Hot Water Music team up with Santa Cruz Skateboards for ‘Collect Your Things And Run’ video

Hot Water Music have shared an awesome new single and video ‘Collect Your Shit And Run.’ This single is a pure punk-rock track made for streets and skating, so that’s why they ganged up with Santa Cruz folks for video shooting.

Featuring footage of pros Steve (Salba) Alba, Emmanuel Guzman, Jereme Knibbs, and Kevin Braun, it’s a celebration of the long-running relationship between music and skateboarding.

Bassist Jason Black even said, “The end result is cooler than anything we could have hoped for, and we all felt like kids again making and watching the video.”

And vocalist/guitarist Chris Wollard had this to say about the song’s themes “In some ways it is about standing up for who you are, but it’s also about discovering who you really are. It’s about learning to live in the moment and not letting circumstances bring you down. Find yourself and accept yourself. It’s OK to be a work in progress.”
