Joe Gittleman releases new single ‘Hold Up’

Last month, former Mighty Mighty Bosstones bassist, Joe Gittleman, announced that he would be releasing his debut solo album with Bad Time Records this June. ‘Hold Up’ picks up where the Bosstones left off on their last few studio albums, blending breezy ska tunes with bursts of rock and roll and punk. The album features a handful of guest artists, including the titular track, ‘Hold Up’, that sees Joe teaming up with another prominent figure in the Boston ska-scene, Dave McWane of Big D and The Kids Table.

‘Hold Up’ is all about shutting out the naysayers and detractors.” If Joe Gittleman says you’re good enough, you listen, and you keep your head up!
